Advanced Training

ALL CLASSES BEGIN AT 9 AM.

LEVEL ONE TACTICAL COURSE

 

What Will Be Covered

 

Students will build/enhance their fundamentals of pistol shooting to include, but not limited to:
 

  • proper grip

  • proper stance

  • proper draw stroke

  • sight alignment/sight picture

  • reload techniques

  • trigger management

  • recoil management

  • cycle of operations

  • single & multiple threat engagement

  • hard targeting

  • body/weapon mechanics consideration

  • close body engagements

  • and more . . .

 

Each student will receive a certificate of completion. 

What You Need To Bring:
 

  • Gear to bring:

  • 400-450 rounds of pistol ammo

  • Carry gun or home defense gun

  • Sturdy Holster

  • 3 magazines

  • Magazine holders

  • Eye Protection

  • Ear Protection

  • Good sturdy belt

  • Appropriate clothing and footwear (please prepare for inclement weather)

  • Extra gear as desired 

  • Lunch and plenty of hydration

    WE DO NOT TEACH "bullseye" shooting....we teach gunfighting; how to ensure the protection and survival of yourself and those closest to you in a high threat encounter.

    We may briefly touch on weapon disassembly and nomenclature of parts but other than that we will be running drills all day long (with numerous breaks in between)
     

Tentative Schedule:

 

0830-0900 arrival, gear prep, paperwork

0900 course begins

 1400-Course ends, class discussion, hand out certificates

We prefer to teach classes in groups of 4 people or more.

If you require individual training $200 or couples training the price is $150 per person

Entry Level Basic handgun instruction

This class is for individuals who wish to become more familiar with handguns and operation.

This is also a class to help you understand your personal firearm and how to be safe.

many individuals purchase a gun for personal safety but are afraid to put in to use.

we will teach you how to do things properly and how to become intimate with your firearm, so that if you ever need it, you will be able to use it without fear.

This is a 4 hour class, times can be arranged to meet your schedule.
