Who are we?

We as Americans have allowed ourselves to fall into a slumber. We tend to place blame on so many things that we disagree with, but do we actually ever try to do something positive to make the change for the better?

We blame others for inciting race wars, we stand by and watch it happen. But what have we done to stop it?

Not much.

We as Americans should lead by example each and every day. We need to educate each other. We need to show compassion , show kindness, show that We The People can not be manipulated by the mainstream media.

We need to show that we cannot be manipulated by the negative forces around us.

If you see a child in your neighborhood that is going down the wrong path, Dont just sit there and talk about him behind his back while sitting on your front porch, and dont just dismiss him as a bad seed.

Find a way to connect. Take the time to walk off your porch and talk to him. Find out who he or she is. Find out what you can to try to evaluate how to reach this child.

Invite this person to have a soda in the shade, and use your power of love and kindness to show that there is a better way.

Some people live this life because of the influence of others.

So why cant your influence count as well?

Maybe no one has ever taken interest in this person.

Maybe they feel like no one cares.

Let them know you do, because you should care, remember it takes a village.

If you want the world to be a better place then start doing what you can to fix it in any small way possible.

We blame others because it is too easy. It can be just as easy to start small and work your way up.

Change is perpetual.

Our country took a long time to get in this shape .

I hope that more people will be proud to be Americans and take the effort to bring this country back to its glory.

We can not be strong if we are not strong from within.

We have to start somewhere, and that somewhere just may be that young person hanging out on the corner, or that rude person in the grocery line.

Lead be example of greatness, and I believe you shall find greatness.

If you want America to be great......Then be a GREAT AMERICAN.
